Delivery and Returns

Crest Trading Ltd use delivery services which ensure that your order will be with you in the safest and quickest way. All items will require a signature as proof of delivery. Shipping charges are calculated by package weight and volume, and will be quoted to you along with the quotation of your enquiry. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes as a signature is required.

For UK Orders

Non-Branded

We make every effort to dispatch orders within 5 business days from receipt of payment. Delivery can be expected within 24 hours of order dispatch (not including weekends and public holidays). 

Branded Items

Once payment has been received, production will commence. We endeavour to deliver within 7-14 business days of payment receipt. This may vary depending on the quantities ordered and the method of branding being commissioned. Your Crest of London contact will advise you of expected delivery dates. Once the branding process has been completed, and the quality control passed, your order will be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For Overseas Orders:-

Branded Items

Once payment has been received, production will commence. We endeavour to deliver within 7-14 business days of payment receipt. This may vary depending on the quantities ordered and the method of branding being commissioned. Your Crest of London contact will advise you of expected delivery dates. Once the branding process has been completed, and the quality control passed, your order will be delivered within 5-10 days of dispatch depending on your delivery location. (Excluding weekends and public holidays.)

Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages being sent outside the European Union. Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional chares for customs clearance must be borne by you. We regret to advise that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. In the event of returning goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export. Should you have any queries with regard to duties payable please contact your local customs authority.

Returns Policy

Non Branded

Crest Trading Ltd will provide a full refund or exchange in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item or should you be dissatisfied with an item subject to the following conditions:

If any item in your order process to be faulty, please return it to Crest Trading Ltd with a copy of the delivery note. Please indicate to us whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

Our promise to replace the item or offer a refund does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. If you change your mind you may return any product to us within 14 days or receipt of your delivery. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods which means the goods must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. We are unable to rebate any shipping and handling charges once items have been dispatched.

Branded Items

Once an item has been branded with your required artwork, Crest of London are unable to offer a refund. Our branding process includes stringent quality control, and therefore we are confident that all goods will leave our premises in good order.
